Sundays at Guiltless Reading (21)

Happy Sunday everyone!

I hope you all had a fun Halloween! I certainly did, and I dressed up as a zombie and scared a few kids who came for their candy. What did you do?

It's finally fall, I'm feeling better, and I am back on track with more great bookishness! November is going to be  crazy busy month ... and so it starts ...

#BookmarkMonday is the last of my Halloween bookmarks for the year. I love these cute Japanese ghosts!

You've probably guessed that I like elephants ... so here's a quick round-up of elephant bookends.

Friday 56 and Book Beginnings is a cozy foodie mystery set in Singapore featuring a nosy aunt.

Book Reviews
I have two for the week!

Aunty Lee's Deadly Specials by Ovidia Yu is a cozy mystery featuring a busybody of a lady who cooks up a mean meal.

Hollow City by Ransom Riggs, the sequel to Miss Peregrine's Peculiar Children, which features more mysterious and bizarre vintage photos and an even more chilling plot!

Tons of events!
I'm kicking off the month with the Literary Blog Hop Giveaway (November 1-5) and I'm giving away a short story collection to one lucky reader! Go see if you can WIN one of my recommendations!

Did you know, it's Sci-Fi November? This is my second year joining and I've got a modest line-up so far ..

For Non-Fiction November, I'm still getting ready for this first year joining in. I'm joining in the weekly questions and I am still figuring out my nonfiction read for the month.

Anything catch your eye in my week? What are you up to?
