1. What is yoga? The word yoga means "union". Yoga is a form exercise based on the belief that the body and breath are intimately connected. By controlling the breath and holding the body in steady poses or "asanas", yoga creates harmony.

  4. I have a couple of yoga dvds that I dust off and pop in once in a while but it's never really been my "thing." I like more violent exercise like kickboxing :)

  20. I love swimming, but it is a little chilly right now. :-) I have a treadmill so I can read while I walk. LOL I am good at multitasking. I also work with weights.
