Also been keeping busy with some baking. Remember those ginger cookies I was raving about some time ago? Well, I finally made them - with fresh ginger to boot! I've made them three times now so I think I've got it down to a science. Check out the recipe here.

I've also taken to watching dance videos on Youtube. Here is one of my favourites which is about addiction. It's so powerful it makes me tear up.
