Also been keeping busy with some baking. Remember those ginger cookies I was raving about some time ago? Well, I finally made them - with fresh ginger to boot! I've made them three times now so I think I've got it down to a science. Check out the recipe here.

I've also taken to watching dance videos on Youtube. Here is one of my favourites which is about addiction. It's so powerful it makes me tear up.

DeleteWow, there is something for everyone in this post and on your blog :) I will be coming back if I want to watch dance some time (it is really neat when people share what they love, because the love can be catching!). I really enjoyed the Stealth of Nation book - and though I live in a country with a "transition" economy, I think that all economies could use some diversity - to give everyone a chance :) Wishing you a wonderful "much love" week :)
