Wow! I am this week's featured blogger! First timers, welcome to my little corner of the blogosphere, where I read (and blog) guiltlessly ... any genre goes and anything bookish is fair game! And to old followers, you all know I love you all to bits :)
You can follow me in so many ways ... just check out the righthand sidebar!
If you haven't already, you can also go check out my answers to Parajunkee's Q&A with me.
This week's question is:
Book Vacay: Where is the best destination reading spot for you?
Hmm, I almost always read at home but when I am away, I seem to seek out a garden or wherever there is greenery. Somewhere cool, maybe with a water feature (the sound of water is so soothing), and where I can hear the sounds of nature. Sidenote: sometimes I blog in the garden (gotta love wifi)!
I'd love to find out your answers! Make sure to leave a comment and I'll come and hop over!
Gardens are good but sometimes I find it hard to get comfortable. I usually like to lounge when I read.
ReplyDeleteJen, you just need a nice lounge chair ... or maybe a comfy blanket on the grass :)
DeleteCongrats on being the feature! *cough* so jealous *cough*... I'm not a fan of reading outside. I don't really like the sun's glare on my book pages. It makes my eyes water.
ReplyDeleteI don't even remember when I signed up to be featured. I know it was a ages ago ... so random :) I know what you mean about glare ... I just make sure to get myself set up in a shady area ...
DeleteReading in a garden would be so relaxing! Congrats on being featured =D

I like reading in the garden too but only at my mom's house because there's a pool there where I can sometimes go in if it gets too hot. Just gotta make sure my book or e-reader won't get wet. *-*

ReplyDeleteI hate flying bugs - gnats, mosquitoes, bees, wasps....so gardens probably wouldn't be peaceful enough for me. But I do enjoy being at the beach to read on the sand. Come stop by when you have a chance!
