#Read-a-thon Update: Hour 14

Mid-Event Survey (way past the mid-event time)

I'm failing miserably here. I'm only halfway through my first book The Round House. I've gotten distracted. I went grocery shopping. I blogged some. Tweeted some. I checked out some few blogs.
  1. How are you doing? Sleepy? Are your eyes tired?
I'm a-ok. No I'm not sleepy, and no, my eyes aren't tired at all.
  2. What have you finished reading?
Nothing yet. I'm still reading The Round House. I think I'll get this finished by the end of this event though, realistically speaking.
  3. What is your favorite read so far?
Nothing to compare to. I think The Round House is going to end up on my 2013 favourites.
  4. What about your favorite snacks?
    Dried mangoes. Cherry tomatoes.
  5. Have you found any new blogs through the readathon? If so, give them some love!
Yup! Because of these mini-challenges, I've come across two blogs:

Katrina's Reads with her Through the Tea Leaves challenge. I have to check out all the entries because I am really curious what everyone saw in their tea spills.

Stacy's Books who hosted Books on Books. I spent quite a bit of time on this challenge because I just couldn't help myself from googling away.

    I guess I better start reading. :)

  1. I'm glad you were able to join in. And maybe you'll post photos next time. My husband is my photographer. I just keep telling him, "Scoot back. Farther. Farther." That's what you do when you get old.
